Overview Enhance student attendance and family involvement as a Youth Attendance and Engagement Supervisor. Lead efforts to combat absenteeism while fostering school-family relationships.
This position requires supervising a team that provides individualized assistance to children experiencing attendance difficulties. Collaborate closely with families, guardians, and educators to create effective intervention strategies. Actively build community relationships and advocate for solutions that address child welfare issues directly impacting local families.

Qualifications Bachelor’s in Social Work or related degree preferred
3+ years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of attendance policies and child development
Experience in Indigenous family support
Familiarity with case management systems
