Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for the needs of children and families
• Employ critical thinking and crisis management techniques
• Develop relationships to foster family strengths
• Connect families to valuable community resources
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• ECE II/III certification or related training
• Strong commitment to diversity and cultural equity
• Familiarity with childhood development models
