Join our team as a Jordan's Principle Coordinator, providing essential support to children and families in WLFN. This role focuses on case management, advocacy, and navigating services for ages 0-18.

The Jordan's Principle Coordinator will be the primary contact for children and families, ensuring they receive necessary support and services. Your expertise will facilitate case management and coordinate access to federal and provincial health, social, and educational resources. With your strong advocacy skills, you’ll promote inclusion and provide essential support in navigating complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate support services for eligible clients and families

• Promote Jordan's Principle to families and communities

• Support community-based JP programs and activities

• Manage JP services effectively

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in related field

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Time management and advocacy abilities

• Valid driver's license and clear background checks
