The Link is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to lead its Life Train program for young adults aged 18-29. You will focus on facilitating life skills, conducting assessments, and providing vital resources for job readiness. This role requires strong communication skills, advocacy for participants, and a commitment to fostering resilience and potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily logs and program reports accurately
• Track and encourage youth attendance and participation
• Prepare and co-facilitate workshops on life skills
• Conduct intake assessments with a strengths-based approach
• Advocate for participants’ rights at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum two years experience with high-risk youth
• Post-secondary degree in Education or Human Services
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture and community resources
• Demonstrated group facilitation experience
• Valid driver's license and clear background checks
