Position: Full-Time Housing Case Manager at MSP
Become a pivotal Housing Case Manager with Main Street Project, offering full-time support to vulnerable individuals in Winnipeg. Leverage your skills in case management and community outreach to facilitate healing and secure housing.

Main Street Project is seeking a dedicated Housing Case Manager to work directly with unsheltered individuals and families. You will employ a trauma-informed, harm reduction approach to build relationships, develop care plans, and provide essential resources. Your efforts will help dismantle barriers to housing and ensure accessibility to mental health and income supports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess participant needs and goals for housing

• Develop and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor, evaluate, and communicate participant progress

• Establish partnerships with community resources and landlords

• Conduct crisis interventions as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience

• Knowledge of case management principles

• Experience working with Indigenous communities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong interpersonal and motivational interviewing skills
