Overview

Enhance family dynamics as a Senior Social Worker with our Family Safeguarding Teams in East and West Surrey. This pivotal role focuses on relationship-based practice with children and families.

This position offers experienced social workers the chance to join agile Family Safeguarding Teams operating in Weybridge and Woking. Candidates should possess a qualified Social Work degree, SWE registration, and a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, supporting families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address family challenges effectively.

• Build positive relationships with children and parents
• Support families within the Family Safeguarding model
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners
• Address family issues efficiently and effectively
• Implement relationship-based social work practices

• Qualified Social Work degree and SWE registration
• Completed ASYE within two years
• UK social work experience
• Minimum three years post-qualified experience
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
