Case Worker

Position: Case Worker for Employment Support
Support First Nations members by assessing their employability and creating actionable plans as a Case Worker. Coordinate vital services aimed at reducing employment barriers and enhancing job opportunities.

This Case Worker role requires a strong background in social sciences and at least one year of experience working with First Nations individuals. Your key responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing Action Plans, and facilitating access to essential programs and services. Effective communication skills are vital for achieving client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client employability and employment barriers

• Develop comprehensive client Action Plans

• Coordinate case management services for clients

• Refer clients to training and employment support programs

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in social sciences is mandatory

• One year of experience counseling First Nations members

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

• Satisfactory Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check needed
