This full time, permanent role involves working in the Sanctuary Transitional Housing Program, assisting women in crisis while providing case management for program tenants. You will guide clients in achieving their goals, navigating community systems, and ensuring compliance with program protocols. Be ready to support them during challenging moments, using a holistic approach in collaborating with team members.

• Assist women and children within the transitional housing program
• Facilitate goal setting and community navigation
• Provide support during crisis situations as needed
• Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines
• Help onboard alumni with children transitioning from the program

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Current criminal record check and vulnerable sector search required
• Valid driver's license and abstract necessary
