Become a Concierge Service Case Manager with Hub Financial, working in a hybrid setting. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth Advisors and managing their insurance cases.
In your role, you will serve as the dedicated point of contact for a diverse portfolio of Advisors, ensuring smooth end-to-end case management. You'll manage complex insurance cases while maintaining high standards of communication and detail-oriented service. Your proactive approach will drive successful outcomes and contribute to overall Advisor satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive management of life insurance cases
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records in HUB systems
• Monitor case progress and update Advisors regularly
• Address Advisor queries and issues efficiently
• Engage in projects to improve service delivery
Requirements:
• Ten plus years in life insurance or MGA
• Knowledge of Wealth Serv or similar software
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
• Ability to independently manage a substantial workload
