We seek a full-time Program Manager to provide essential leadership to the Walking Stick team. In this role, you'll drive program goals, assist with onboarding new staff, and ensure effective case management for participants. You'll work collaboratively with families and support teams to address needs and implement development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead the Walking Stick program staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor program goals
• Facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires
• Address conflicts among staff and program participants
• Assign participants to appropriate case workers based on needs
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Indigenous Studies, or related field
• Senior leadership experience in relevant settings
• Knowledge of The Vulnerable Persons Act
• Understanding of trauma-informed practices
• Valid driver's license and insurance access
Shape positive outcomes for participants and advocate for Oshki-Giizhig's mission.
