Position: Youth Case Manager at The Link
Join The Link as a Youth Case Manager and support young adults in their journey towards employment. This role focuses on advocacy, skills development, and program administration.
As a Youth Case Manager for The Link, you will be instrumental in the Life Train program, working directly with young adults aged 18-29. Your responsibilities will include empowering participants, facilitating workshops, and implementing program policies. This position requires a strong understanding of youth needs and a passion for community support and resourcefulness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for participants and ensure their rights are respected

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of case plans

• Facilitate one-on-one and group workshops

• Schedule daily jobs with the Community Program Supervisor

• Conduct regular follow-ups with participants
Requirements:

• At least two years of experience working with high-risk youth

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Familiarity with strengths-based and solution-oriented practices

• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Mental Health First Aid

• Clean criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
