As a mandated child and family services agency, MCFCS offers an 18-month term for this position. You will utilize your post-secondary education and experience with young adults to foster their growth and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized support to youth and young adults
• Work closely with agency and community partners
• Fulfill all program reporting responsibilities
• Coordinate engaging group programs for participants
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Sciences
• At least three years of experience supporting youth
• Familiarity with Métis cultural practices essential
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Valid Manitoba driver's license is mandatory
