The Link invites candidates to contribute to the Life Train program, which aids youth ages 18-29 in gaining employment readiness. This role requires strong character and a commitment to participant advocacy. Ideal candidates will have experience in group facilitation and knowledge of community services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and document reports related to program activities

• Act as a positive role model for participants

• Set individual goals and action plans for youth

• Facilitate life skills workshops and one-on-one support

• Maintain communication with community stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum two years' experience supporting high-risk youth

• Relevant degree in Human Services or Education

• Crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills

• Valid driver's license and acceptable background checks

• Required health certifications for working with youth
