This role, reporting to the Program and Resource Manager, involves comprehensive client support and program oversight. Your extensive experience in service navigation will empower individuals and families, guiding them in accessing necessary supports and creating effective service plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in understanding disability service options
• Develop personalized service plans promoting independence
• Create engaging learning opportunities for families
• Support program development and continuous improvement
• Represent Easter Seals at community events
Requirements:
• Educational background in Social Work
• Minimum 2–3 years in a relevant human services role
• Familiarity with Alberta PDD, FSCD, and FMS systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to inclusivity and diversity
Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for clients at Easter Seals Alberta.
