At The Link, we're looking for a dedicated Case Manager for our PAY program aimed at youth ages 12-21. Your responsibilities will include coordinating activities, documenting participant progress, and advocating for individual rights. You’ll embody the Seven Teachings of the Anishinabe by promoting strength, respect, and wisdom in your interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee youth program scheduling and attendance
• Build positive relationships with participants
• Advocate for youth rights and interests
• Track progress and complete monthly reports
• Ensure mentors receive necessary training and support
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Understanding of anti-oppressive practices
• Flexible schedule availability
• Experience with group facilitation
• Satisfactory criminal record check required
Utilize your skills in case management and community advocacy to inspire positive change in youth through The Link.
