Key Responsibilities:

• Track participant progress and attendance diligently

• Implement agency policies and procedures effectively

• Conduct assessments centered on participant strengths

• Lead life skills workshops and training sessions

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant experience with high-risk youth

• Degree in Education or Human Services preferred

• Knowledge of community services and resources

• Valid driver’s license and background checks required

• Willingness to undergo continual training and development
