The Link is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Pay Case Manager focused on helping participants aged 12-21 complete community service and develop essential skills. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships, ensuring mentorship and guidance within a structured team environment. Adhering to the Seven Teachings of the Anishinabe is key to fostering a supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage case loads effectively
• Document participant interactions per agency guidelines
• Connect participants with community resources
• Facilitate meetings and program activities
• Provide evaluations and feedback to mentors
Requirements:
• Background in social services or related field
• Knowledge of strength-based approaches
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Availability for varied work hours
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
