Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate outreach vehicles for community transport

• Monitor clients' safety and respond to urgency

• Maintain accurate case documentation and reports

• Assist during severe weather conditions

• Advocate for clients to access necessary services

Requirements:

• Relevant education in human services or related fields

• Ability to work with clients facing mental health and substance use issues

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required

• Excellent interpersonal and crisis management skills

• Experience in outreach preferred
