Key Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships through regular home visits

• Coordinate case planning meetings in foster homes

• Manage licensing and service documentation

• Monitor services provided and communicate updates

• Create and review incident reports accordingly

Requirements:

• BSW degree or equivalent required

• Understanding of intergenerational impacts of trauma

• Strong skills in conflict resolution and management

• Experience in the Child and Family Services sector

• Clear criminal background checks and valid driver’s license
