Position: Resource Coordinator for Youth Support Programs
Become a Resource Coordinator with Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad Inc. in Winnipeg, MB, and focus on providing therapeutic support to youth in critical programs. This position emphasizes positive relationship building with students through individualized and group sessions.

As a Resource Coordinator, you will coordinate both clinical and cultural supports for students enrolled in the Child and Youth Care Program. Your expertise in Human Services will be vital in advocating for students’ needs and liaising with external agencies for effective referrals and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group activities in collaboration with instructors

• Advocate effectively for students’ communication needs

• Offer innovative opportunities for student development

• Maintain relationships with external agencies for referrals

• Provide feedback on student and program progression

Requirements:

• Education in Human Services, preferably with counselling focus

• Strong time management and project management skills

• Experience working with Indigenous communities

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

• Background checks including child abuse registry required
