Life’s Journey Inc. seeks an Outreach Support Mentor in Steinbach, MB, dedicated to enhancing participant support and engagement within the Outreach program. This full-time, permanent position emphasizes collaboration and mentorship.

Joining Eastman Services as an Outreach Support Mentor involves directly supporting individuals in the Outreach/Spectrum Connections program. This role requires ongoing communication, participant monitoring, and adherence to safety and operational policies. You will be part of a cohesive team aimed at fostering positive relationships and achieving program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure participant needs and program standards are met

• Collaborate with the Outreach team for effective support

• Monitor and document participant progress and activities

• Uphold personnel and safety policies in all duties

• Administer limited program-related documentation

Requirements:

• Required experience working in outreach settings

• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience

• Completion of necessary background checks

• First Aid Level 1 certification required

• Reliable vehicle and proper insurance documentation
