Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client progress and behavioral strategies

• Implement crisis de-escalation techniques safely

Requirements:

• Diploma in Child & Youth Care or related field

• Two years of experience with at-risk youth

• Trauma-informed care experience necessary

• Valid First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention training
