Position: Full Time Outreach Support Mentor

As an Outreach Support Mentor, you will work closely with the Drop-in Coordinator and the Outreach Team to plan, monitor, and communicate activities related to participants' program planning.

Your role is essential to fostering positive interactions and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. You will also have some administrative responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to participants in Outreach programs

• Collaborate with team members for effective service delivery

• Engage in program planning and monitoring activities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Foster positive relationships with collateral contacts

Requirements:

• Previous outreach experience required

• Minimum two years in a related role supporting individuals

• Satisfactory background checks and driver’s license required

• First Aid Level 1 certification necessary

• Reliable vehicle for transportation
