Service Navigation Coordinator

Become an essential advocate for ASD families at the Geneva Centre for Autism as a Service Navigation Coordinator. This full time role is focused on needs assessments and creating tailored service plans. As a Service Navigation Coordinator, you will work closely with families to provide consultations and facilitate access to required services.

Your duties include conducting detailed assessments, maintaining records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This impactful position is crucial for connecting families within the local support network.

• Conduct intake and needs assessments with depth
• Guide families in understanding available resources
• Develop tailored Individualized Service Plans
• Maintain comprehensive compliance records and reports
• Participate in community outreach efforts and networking

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Three years’ experience in family support for children with ASD
• Demonstrated capability in service planning and assessment
• Robust organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data tools
