Make a difference with Reena as a Part-Time Recreational Support Worker in Battle Centre. Support individuals with developmental disabilities through community-based programming and activities.
Reena is seeking passionate individuals for its Fall 2026 Community Outreach Programs. This part-time role, ideal for college and university students, offers the opportunity to reinforce social and life skills while promoting inclusion and independence. The seasonal term runs from October 18 to December 13, 2026, with scheduled evening and Sunday shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in daily living needs
• Design and implement engaging recreational activities
• Reinforce social and life skills effectively
• Participate in mandatory training and team meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid G license preferred for driving duties
• Background in child care, education, or social services
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and creative
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
