As a Program Manager, you’ll provide leadership to the Walking Stick team, driving the achievement of program goals and enhancing participant-centered services.
Your role includes strategic initiative implementation, conflict resolution, and collaborating with HR to support team development. Bring your expertise in trauma-informed care and Indigenous values to promote wellness and community balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the Walking Stick team and initiatives
• Drive program development and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with teams for high-quality service delivery
• Facilitate conflict resolution among staff and participants
• Build relationships with participants and community partners
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Indigenous Studies, or related field
• Senior leadership experience in social services
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and trauma-informed practices
• Familiarity with Indigenous cultural practices
• Valid driver's license and insurance required
