Position: Supervisor for Family Support Programs
Lead the Family Support Programs with Métis Child, Family & Community Services in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Ensure quality service delivery, supervise staff, and champion cultural relevance in initiatives.

As the Supervisor of Family Support Programs, you will guide a passionate team and oversee crucial child welfare services for Métis and Inuit families. This full-time, in-scope role demands strong leadership and direct experience in child welfare. You will manage service delivery, unit workload, and policy implementation while contributing to a culturally sensitive agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to departmental staff

• Maintain and improve service delivery standards

• Implement administrative policies and procedures

• Monitor budgets and unit workload distribution

• Assist in accessing culturally relevant services

Requirements:

• BSW with five years of child welfare experience

• Post-secondary degree plus seven years in direct services

• RSW designation is an asset

• Experience in youth and cultural service settings

• Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
