We seek passionate Employment Facilitators who support people with intellectual disabilities at en Vision Community Living. This role includes case management, career assessments, and fostering community relationships to enhance job opportunities. You will strive to align employment with the individual goals and values of your clients and facilitate their pursuit of meaningful jobs within your community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide case management for job-seekers

• Conduct assessments to identify interests and aptitudes

• Foster community relationships for employment opportunities

• Support individuals in achieving their person-centered employment plans

• Promote inclusive societies and positive social roles

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver's License

• Experience in the Disability Sector is an asset

• Strong communication and advocacy skills

• Flexibility and adaptability in work situations
