Life’s Journey Inc. is hiring an Outreach Support Mentor in Steinbach, MB, to provide essential support and mentorship in the Outreach program. This full-time position focuses on participant engagement and team collaboration.

As an Outreach Support Mentor with Eastman Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring participants receive effective support. You will work closely with a variety of team members to monitor participant needs and program compliance while fostering positive relationships. The role also includes limited administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct mentorship and support to participants

• Collaborate with Outreach team for program success

• Track participant activities and ensure safety compliance

• Maintain thorough documentation of participant progress

• Follow personnel and workplace policies diligently

Requirements:

• Previous outreach experience necessary

• At least two years in a relevant role

• Criminal and child abuse registry checks required

• First Aid Level 1 certification mandatory

• Must have a reliable vehicle for work purposes
