Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure clients receive food, shelter, and hygiene supplies

• Assess and monitor clients' well-being and safety

• Provide care plan information to outreach team

• Conduct needs assessments and referrals for services

• Operate MSP's outreach van and assist in the community

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required

• Experience with marginalized populations essential

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required

• Prior reporting and statistics experience

• Understanding of harm reduction principles necessary
