Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with individuals and stakeholders

• Advocate for individuals and identify service growth areas

• Engage in planning for desired individual outcomes

• Ensure secure and compliant record keeping

• Participate in leadership meetings and development opportunities

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Direct Support experience

• Leadership skills and relevant education

• Proficiency in office software and technology

• Valid Driver's license preferred

• Current First Aid Certification required
