Social Service Facilitator

Position: St.Amant Social Service Facilitator
Enhance quality of life for families nt as a Social Service Facilitator. You'll lead support efforts for individuals with disabilities, using creative intervention strategies.

In this term position ending March 12, 2028, St.Amant is looking for an experienced facilitator. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Social Work and have at least two years of relevant social work experience focusing on disabilities. You'll coordinate services while evaluating their efficacy in promoting client dignity and self-determination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for family support

• Evaluate interventions to ensure beneficial outcomes

• Conduct interdisciplinary assessments and meetings

• Promote client strengths and resource access

• Deliver educational training to clients and support teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Social Work required

• At least 2 years of social work experience

• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle

• Familiarity with social policies affecting disability services

• Willingness to work flexible hours remotely and in-person
