Position: Pay Case Manager for Youth Programming
Help youth aged 12-21 achieve their goals as a Pay Case Manager with The Link. Support participants in completing community service hours and foster positive relationships within the community.

The Link is seeking a dedicated Pay Case Manager to coordinate youth programs during a 12-month term. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of diverse cultures to support participants effectively. You will build partnerships with community organizations and ensure adequate training for mentors and volunteers involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate case plans to facilitate program success

• Schedule participants and track attendance accurately

• Document and report all interactions and outcomes

• Foster relationships and advocate for participant needs

• Supervise and support mentors in community settings

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in social services or related field

• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and cultural awareness

• Strong interpersonal and group facilitation skills

• Flexible schedule for varied program hours

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
