Winnipeg Support Worker Program Lead

As the Support Worker Coordinator, you will ensure optimal staffing and care delivery in Southern Care Program homes. Reporting to the Support Worker Program Manager, you'll engage with support workers and community resources while conducting home visits to foster a high-quality care environment.
Your role is essential in addressing the training needs and ongoing support of the staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee support worker staffing and scheduling
• Facilitate conflict management and resolution
• Conduct regular home visits for support oversight
• Compile and manage payroll documentation
• Assist support workers with administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and/or 3 years’ experience in related field
• Supervisory experience preferred, yet not mandatory
• Knowledge of community resources and CFS legislation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Background check and valid driver’s license required
