Position: Full-Time CFS Case Worker at MCFCS
Join MCFCS as a full-time CFS Case Worker, focusing on child protection services in a supportive community environment. Your work will impact families and promote culturally appropriate support in Manitoba.

In this role, you will contribute to the critical mission of Métis Child, Family & Community Services. You will conduct investigations, develop service plans, and attend court proceedings, ensuring the best outcomes for children in care. Your position requires deep knowledge of Métis and Inuit cultures while working within the framework set by relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations of at-risk children

• Build collaborative relationships with caregivers

• Participate in legal actions and court preparations

• Manage administrative and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field

• Three years of relevant experience in social services

• Preferred registration with Manitoba College of Social Workers

• Experience in crisis intervention is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills
