This full-time position, reporting to the Program Manager, focuses on providing early intervention for women in the sex trade. Key responsibilities include building partnerships, staffing drop-in services, and conducting community education initiatives. You will also perform essential household duties, supporting a safe and inclusive environment at Sage House.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer empathetic first response street-level outreach
• Provide referrals and transition services to clients
• Build partnerships with community stakeholders
• Staff the drop-in and attend relevant meetings
• Perform household duties as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in community services
• Skills in crisis management and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture and traditions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
