This full-time role involves working closely with people with intellectual disabilities to facilitate their employment journeys. As an Employment Facilitator, you will conduct assessments, provide case management, and actively build relationships that support individuals' career aspirations. You will play an essential role in creating inclusive workplace environments and enhancing the social roles of those you support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage case loads of job-seekers

• Conduct assessments for individual career planning

• Liaise with employers and community contacts

• Provide guidance for career development

• Promote positive relationships and community engagement

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Experience in the Disability Sector is beneficial

• Class 5F Driver's License and transportation needed

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to adapt to changing situations
