Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new resident admissions and support families

• Conduct educational seminars for staff and families

• Organize resident care and family conferences

• Implement social work programs promoting psychological wellbeing

• Manage inquiries related to policies and lifestyle options

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Social Worker

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work

• Experience working with geriatric clients

• Skills in teamwork within multi-disciplinary settings

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
