As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee and enhance the program's operations while providing mentorship to Counsellors and Occupational Therapists. Your responsibilities will include program evaluation, initiative planning, and collaboration with community resources. With a commitment to trauma-informed practices, you will make a critical difference in the lives of families dealing with FASD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of FASD Family Support services
• Supervise and develop team members' professional skills
• Create community initiatives to strengthen support networks
• Evaluate and report program effectiveness to funding bodies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social services
• Required experience with FASD and family support
• Preferred Master’s degree in a related discipline
• Deep understanding of trauma-informed care
• Strong teamwork and engagement skills essential
