Post Majority Worker

Your role will focus on enhancing connections to family, community, and essential services.

Sagkeeng Child and Family Services is seeking passionate and accountable individuals to join our diverse team. This permanent, full-time position requires assisting youth aged 18 to 25 in their reintegration into society. You'll work on family reunification while ensuring safety, access to resources, and educational opportunities for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support youth in planning for transition to independence

• Facilitate reconnections to family and community resources

• Provide access to housing and professional development

• Consult with service providers on youth needs

• Maintain confidentiality of all records and documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work preferred

• 1 year direct experience in Child and Family Services

• Valid class 5 driver's license and insured vehicle

• Commitment to cultural integration in practice

• Suitable criminal record and abuse registry checks
