Manager of Victim Support Services C3P

Lead efforts at the Canadian Centre for Child Protection as the Manager of Victim Support Services. Focus on guiding survivors and enhancing collaborations to protect children.

The C3P is in need of a dedicated Support Services Manager, responsible for vital support services for victims/survivors. This full-time management role represents a unique opportunity to influence child safety and productivity within our organization, requiring strong experience in crisis management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist victims in connecting with protective services

• Lead initiatives for missing children support

• Develop police relations to further C3P’s mission

• Apply trauma-informed approaches in service delivery

• Communicate with diverse stakeholders effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Science or related area

• At least 3 years of professional experience

• Proven crisis intervention experience

• Knowledge of child welfare legislation in Canada

• French/English bilingualism regarded positively
