Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual growth with customized activities

• Observe and document daily events for treatment continuity

Requirements:

• Certificate in Child & Youth Care or related field

• Experience with at-risk youth support preferred

• Training in mental health/crisis management required

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification necessary

• Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge
