Position: Marymound Youth Care Practitioner Role
Be a catalyst for change as a Youth Care Practitioner centrate on holistic support and tailored interventions to nurture the potential of children and adolescents in a collaborative setting.

In this impactful role, you'll work closely with youth to implement individualized care plans that meet their diverse needs, including educational and emotional support. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will develop structured environments, promote positive family involvement, and maintain safety standards crucial for effective youth care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily planned activities for youth

• Support family-focused programming emphasizing cultural values

• Administer medication and maintain documentation accurately

• Engage in crisis intervention following established policies

• Evaluate and record daily events for treatment continuity

Requirements:

• Diploma in Child & Youth Care or similar education

• Familiarity with developmental needs of youth is vital

• Certifications in NVCI and ASIST required

• Valid Class 5I driver’s license needed

• Must clear background checks including criminal record
