Addiction Program Coordinator

Become the guiding light for recovery at the Men’s Recovery Program with Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada in Winnipeg. This full-time role focuses on client mentorship and personal growth through Christ-centered support.

As the Addiction Services Program Coordinator, you will provide direct mentorship, program guidance, and support for clients’ recovery journeys. This pivotal role emphasizes creating nurturing relationships, facilitating recovery classes, and fostering personal development through spiritual and emotional growth. Your input will shape the structure and transformational culture within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one mentorship to clients

• Facilitate recovery groups and classes

• Monitor client progress and behaviors

• Communicate with clients' families and support systems

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in addiction recovery or social services

• Strong communication and relational skills

• Willingness to obtain post-secondary credentials

• Valid driver's license and clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
