Position: Social Worker with Leadership Skills Needed

As a Social Worker, you'll provide skilled psychosocial assessments and interventions for clients, families, and groups. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychosocial interventions to assist clients effectively

• Engage in team planning and problem-solving discussions

• Develop and facilitate educational resources for clients

• Provide individual counselling and family therapy

• Evaluate programs for quality improvement within services

Requirements:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution

• Minimum four years of relevant clinical experience

• Must be registered with the Manitoba College of Social Workers

• Bilingual (French/English) candidates are preferred

• Valid Manitoba driver’s license and vehicle may be required
