Clinical Service Leader at Shared Health

Take on a pivotal role as a Clinical Service Leader at Shared Health in Winnipeg. This in-person position requires clinical oversight and guiding social workers to ensure excellent client care.

At Shared Health, you will lead daily clinical service delivery and manage operational challenges in the Health Sciences Centre's Social Work Core unit. With over three years of experience in social work, including mentorship and clinical evaluations, you'll drive the development and refinement of social work services. This leadership role focuses on quality and optimal service planning to enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical service delivery for optimal client care

• Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to social workers

• Contribute to program planning and development initiatives

• Assist with recruiting and coordinate service schedules

• Maintain a partial clinical caseload in social work assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of social work experience in health settings

• Preferred supervisory experience

• MSW from CASWE accredited program

• Registered with the Manitoba College of Social Workers

• Competency in Indigenous language is preferred
