In this role, you will manage intake and support services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs. Your focus will be on conducting assessments, facilitating group support, and fostering collaborations with community partners. Utilize your knowledge of women’s issues to provide effective referrals and ongoing support during the treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and provide treatment matching
• Facilitate support and stabilization groups for women
• Liaise with referral agencies for effective admissions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
• Develop programming aligned with evidence-informed practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in case management
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with relevant admission tools
