In the role of Jordans Principle Coordinator, you will provide essential support to children’s applications for services, ensuring they receive culturally relevant help. Your responsibilities include collecting client information, maintaining documentation standards, and working closely with regional offices. This position requires a self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively with other coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage casework for Jordans Principle applications
• Collect and assess information from clients
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation
• Facilitate communication with regional service offices
• Identify and address service gaps for clients
Requirements:
• Proven experience in case management
• Strong advocacy and communication skills
• Ability to work in teams as well as independently
• Familiarity with community outreach practices
• Dedication to culturally sensitive service delivery
