Marymound Clinical Case Manager Role

Make a meaningful impact as a Clinical Case Manager for Marymound’s treatment foster care program. Lead the assessment and delivery of treatment plans while guiding foster care providers.

This full-time position requires a passionate professional to manage clinical cases effectively. You will focus on delivering therapeutic services, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. A key part of your role involves advocating for children and collaborating with various agencies to provide comprehensive support and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support treatment foster homes through ongoing communication

• Provide training on therapeutic parenting and intervention strategies

• Assess and monitor the progress of treatment care plans

• Oversee compliance with organizational policies and best practices

• Facilitate thorough screening and recruitment of foster homes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Social Work

• At least 4 years of clinical experience in social support

• Understanding of complex needs and trauma-informed care

• Relevant certifications in crisis management preferred

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
