In this role, you will collaborate with the Program Manager and the treatment team to provide culturally appropriate treatment programming. Responsibilities include developing group activities, enhancing WBTC's curriculum, and ensuring an inclusive environment for all clients. Your efforts will support youth in their journey towards recovery through effective coping mechanisms, decision-making, and healthy relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and provide group programming based on best practices
• Adapt learning content for client needs
• Foster a safe and supportive learning environment
• Document and assess client participation and progress
• Engage in team discussions regarding client observations
Requirements:
• Certificate with three years of related experience
• Relevant diploma with one year of experience
• Experience in structured group programming
• Strong communication skills and confidentiality adherence
• Valid driver’s license and background checks required
